Coach Luke

Luke uses boxing, combined with aspects of meditation and breath-work, to help clients achieve lasting wellbeing.

In addition to improving physical health and fitness, Luke’s practice also addresses issues including anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

It was in his boxing and meditation practice where Luke found his own strength and peace.

Luke has over 10 years of experience in boxing and meditation. He is an accredited Boxing Coach by England Boxing and certified Breathwork Instructor by Arhanta Yoga.
